Partner with RDSR and key R&D stakeholders to develop and implement strategies tied to R&D priorities, ensuring effective coordination and strong change management. Responsible for resource and space planning to optimize organizational resources; and ensure alignment between human capital and optimal physical space utilization. Understand resourcing and broader business impacts of initiatives/capabilities and x-functional priorities to better inform decisions. Support in executing global resource strategies and helping functions operate within the existing Plan/updated budget. Assist in building RDSR capabilities and codifying workflow processes. Accountable for optimizing space allocation and utilization to support business priorities, collaboration needs, and work styles aligned with enterprise guidance.
