Position: Associate Director of Business Analytics & Intelligence

This role will transform data into strategies that fuel measurable growth. It will design trusted data products, build AI-driven workflows, and partner with business leaders to deliver insights that shape decision-making and drive impact. This role can be hybrid, or fully-remote with some travel. Preferred cities are Boston, D.C., NYC, Seattle, SF, Santa Monica, or Palo Alto.

• Lead the development of actionable intelligence products on clients, competitors, and markets.
• Build certified datasets and scalable self-serve insights (dashboards, role-based views, AI-assisted Q&A).
• Define internal/external revenue-impacting signals and map them to business plays in partnership with BD.
• Drive attribution and measurement frameworks to track ROI and effectiveness of BD initiatives.
• Oversee vendor resources, tools, and analytics platforms; optimize utilization and cost-to-serve.
• Advise senior leadership with clear, partner-ready storytelling and executive-level briefs.
• Lead and elevate a small team of analysts and cross-functional contributors, driving adoption of new tools and insights.

• Bachelor's Degree preferred
• 8-12+ years in business intelligence, analytics, or competitive research, legal or professional services experience required.
• Proven record of delivering measurable business impact through analytics and AI-enabled products.
• Expertise in data aggregation, visualization, experimental design, and statistical methods.
• Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and driving adoption in complex environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, able to translate complex data into clear and actionable insights.
• Innovative, adaptable, and collaborative with a “firm-first” mindset.
