Associate Director, Alignment, GRS - Liberty Mutual Group : Job Details

Global Risks Solutions (GRS), Liberty Mutual's global business which operates innearly thirty countries, seeks an Associate Director of Alignment to supportand manage strategic projects in support of the GRS CFO and across GRS. Support the development of executive presentations for GRS and Office of the CFO. This includes structuring, storyboarding, and working across the organization to ensure broad connection and consistency; and developing supporting materials needed to effectively communicate key messages. Manage, set, and coordinate the engagement mechanisms (e.g., cadences, workshops, offsites) for the Office of the CFO communities to help the GRS CFO effectively manage across the organization. Actively participate as a member of the Office of the CFO leadership team, guiding strategicdiscussions, decision making, and alignment.
