Associate Director, Admissions & Enrollment - Brandeis University : Job Details

Admissions Operations (50%):Develop and implement comprehensive admissions and recruitment strategies in alignment with the goals and mission of Brandeis Online. Collaborate with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing to establish enrollment targets, plan and contribute to the overall growth of the online programs. Manage the admissions review process, ensuring timely and thorough evaluation of applications and making admissions decisions. Collaborate with faculty and program directors to assess applicant qualifications and fit with program offerings. Provide guidance and support to prospective students throughout the admissions process, addressing inquiries and concerns promptly. Conduct information sessions, webinars, and one-on-one meetings to assist prospective students and corporate partners in understanding program offerings and admission requirements. Create a yearly admissions operations calendar in collaboration with the Director of Enrollment and Marketing.
