Your qualifications:
- An AA/AS or BA/BS in a technical field, ideally Computer Science.
- Relevant IT certifications, such as A+, MCDS, or equivalent experience.
- A minimum of 3 years of experience in computer hardware support.
- 3 years of customer service experience.
- Proficiency with Microsoft 365 Cloud Platform (Intune/Entra/Azure) and Windows 10/11.
- A proven track record of technical support, problem-solving, and troubleshooting in office environments.
- Strong knowledge of computer hardware, software, and operating systems.
- A curiosity to drive innovation and contribute to team goals.
- A commitment to making a difference for our customers.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing deskside support to office staff by resolving technical issues efficiently.
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining hardware and software, including computers and printers.
- Collaborating with the Digital team to implement security measures to protect sensitive data.
- Assisting in the setup of new workstations and ensuring network connectivity.
- Conducting regular maintenance and updates on office technology to minimize downtime.
- Training staff on effective technology use to boost productivity.
- Documenting technical issues and solutions for future reference.
- Keeping up with tech trends to enhance your skills and knowledge.
- Carrying out additional duties as assigned by leadership.
- Contributing to our goal of enhancing healthcare delivery through excellence in service.
Location: Onsite - Rochester, NY Office
