Your Role: As an Associate Dentist, you will provide essential dental services, backed by a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with:

• DentaPro software
• Digital x-ray and Panorex units
• Fiber-optic handpieces
• Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
• A supportive staff ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
• A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
• An office flow accommodating an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
• A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

• Guaranteed base pay of $900/day with limitless earning potential

Qualifications:

• DDS/DMD from a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
• Current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
• Necessary certifications such as CPR, DEA, etc.
• Nitrous Oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
• A genuine passion for providing dental care to both children and adults
