Your Role: As an Associate Dentist, you will provide essential dental services, backed by a dedicated team. Our practice is equipped with:
- DentaPro software
- Digital x-ray and Panorex units
- Fiber-optic handpieces
- Annual OSHA, HIPAA, and Emergency Management training
- A supportive staff ratio of 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, and 2 dental assistants per provider
- A diverse patient base, primarily ages 3-21, with up to 30% adults (depending on location)
- An office flow accommodating an average of 10-12 operative patients and 20-25 hygiene patients
- A mix of state insurance plans, PPO, and out-of-network payors

Qualifications:
- DDS/DMD from a dental school accredited by the Commission on Dental Accreditation
- Current, valid dental license in the states where you will provide care or eligibility for licensure
- Necessary certifications such as CPR, DEA, etc.
- Nitrous Oxide certification (only in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
- A genuine passion for providing dental care to both children and adults
