Associate Data Scientist, U.S. Data Strategy, RBC Capital Markets, LLC, Jersey City, NJ: Responsible to write R code to automate existing financial reporting process to reduce resource time. Support new automation projects that require R code including data quality controls automation and regulatory report automation. Create solutions for data remediation items and perform root cause analysis. Work with cross-functional groups (Information Technology, Finance) to create solutions for data-related issues. Support monthly and quarterly regulatory reporting and financial reporting processes to execute and write queries for automation. Telecommuting permitted up to 2 days per week. Full time employment, Monday Friday, 40 hours per week, $127,000 per year.
