Associate Counsel - Real Estate - Robert Half : Job Details

Robert Half is partnering with an established, well respected company seeking a Real Estate Counsel to join its legal team in Palm Beach, Florida. This is a high-impact legal role supporting national real estate development, construction, and commercial operations. Key Responsibilities

• Draft and negotiate real estate purchase/sale agreements, leases, construction contracts, easements, and financing documents
• Oversee title, survey, and environmental due diligence
• Advise on land use, zoning, and permitting matters; attend zoning hearings
• Manage and resolve construction-related disputes
• Review and draft a variety of commercial agreements, including SaaS, licensing, marketing, and data-sharing contracts
• Collaborate with internal teams and oversee outside counsel

Qualifications

• Licensed and in good standing with the Florida Bar
• 5+ years of commercial real estate transactional experience (law firm and/or in-house)
• Strong drafting, negotiation, and project management skills
• Confident communicator with excellent business judgment
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
