Job Description:

  • Support the collection and analysis of data in effectively drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
  • Demonstrate use of Lean tools for effective problem solving
  • Analyze efficiency performance for the factory and collaborate on improvement plans for identified problem areas
  • Support efforts to accurately report out savings to upper management
  • Actively participate in Lean events

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, Quality Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Quality Management, Quality Sciences, Finance or related field

Preferred Additional Skills:

  • Microsoft Office, Simio, Yellow Belt

In compliance with pay transparency requirements, the salary range for this role in Colorado state, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New York state, and Vermont is $51,000-$93,000. This is not a guarantee of compensation or salary, as final offer amount may vary based on factors including but not limited to experience and geographic location. The specific programs and options available to an employee may vary depending on date of hire, schedule type, and the applicability of collective bargaining agreements.
