Together we are at the forefront of technology and innovation in financial services and we invite collaborative and motivated high performers to join our rapidly expanding team.Responsibilities:Maintain an effective MPL Client Onboarding programProduce comprehensive IT Diligence ReportsMaintain communication with al third-party clients, answering in timely manner, scheduling calls and meetings.Review and assess client documentation, thoroughly reading through to ensure compliance and Bank standards are met.Communicate with internal departments, business leads, and relationship manners.Proactively audit processes, practices, and documents to identify weaknessesCollaborate with external auditors and HR when neededKeep abreast of internal standards and business goalsMonitor and update documentation of administrative controls per regulatory and audit guidanceEnsure up-to-date awareness of IT Compliance standardsQualifications:5+ years of professional experience in IT and/or ComplianceBachelor's degree or equivalent experienceOnboarding/AML/KYC experienceExperience and comfort speaking in front of groupsExperience producing IT due diligence reportsStrong written and verbal communication skillsExperience working with clients, vendors, and/or partners a plus#LI-KR1 #LI-Hybrid #LI-RemoteSalary Range: $130,000.00 - $150,000.00Cross River is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
