Position Summary

The Associate Brand Marketing Manager will be responsible for supporting the strategic planning and execution of 360 marketing plans for the Boost Brand business at Nestle Health Science USA. Under the direction of the Director of Brand Management, this role will contribute to budget management, marketing plan execution, new product introductions, as well as both digital and promotional strategies relating to the Boost brand. This position will also coordinate with cross functional teams, such as Customer Strategy, Sales, Digital, and Agency Vendors, to support achievement of brand objectives.

This position will be either a remote or hybrid role based on the selected candidate's geographic location. Preference will be given to applicants who live within a commutable distance of Bridgewater, New Jersey, Chicago, Illinois, Long Island, NY and/or Palm Beach Gardens, Florida.

Responsibilities
  • Budget Management: Oversee brand budget, optimize the marketing mix, and communicate with senior management. Requires collaboration with finance and accounting on monthly deliverables and ad hoc requests.
  • Business Planning and Performance Tracking: Track performance of new product launches to identify successes and opportunities in the post-launch phase. Lead cross-functional teams on new line extensions and new packaging launches. Develop project briefs, manage stage-gate process timelines, and align stakeholders to key decision points. IRI reporting: weekly consumption, monthly brand book, quarterly brand-on-a-page, ad hoc requests. Develop a deep understanding of the brand's consumer through data and research to prioritize growth opportunities.
  • Integrated Marketing: Co-lead digital executions and provide input on content across all channels that ladder to the brand strategy. Contribute to marketing and sales presentations in the development of customer meetings and annual plans. Collaborate in development of consumer insights, brand communications, retail customer development and other elements of brand strategy. Develop and display passion for building great consumer brands. Perform additional duties as required/assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field required.
  • 5+ years of professional marketing experience, with at least 2 or more years in a brand marketing function.
  • Demonstrated fluency in MS Office (Word/Excel/Outlook/PowerPoint) required.
  • Excellent communication (oral and written), presentation, organizational and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to develop and maintain cross-functional relationships.
  • Problem solving, analytical abilities (including handling business performance data, financial and research assessments).
  • Ability to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines with minimal supervision. Strategic thinker and willing to champion ideas.
  • Passion for the Health & Wellness space a plus.
  • Willing and able to travel up to 20% based on team and business needs.
Compensation and Benefits

The approximate pay range for this position is $105,000 to $135,000. This range is a good faith estimate at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on knowledge, skills, abilities, and geographic location.
