Job Highlights

  • Collaborate with partners to identify referrals, deepen customer relationships, and promote a full range of banking services
  • Welcome and guide customers in the branch, promote digital tools and self-service options, and lead lobby conversations to enhance the banking experience
  • Execute transactions efficiently, review customer profiles, and engage in needs-based conversations to recommend banking and credit solutions
  • Support daily branch operations, ensure compliance with risk and regulatory requirements, and contribute to business and customer experience goals
  • Stay informed on industry trends and banking products, integrate marketing programs into conversations, and identify suspicious activities for reporting
  • This role is scheduled 20-35 hours per week

Candidate Profile

  • 1–2 years of relevant experience and/or equivalent education is preferred
  • Knowledge of social media, tablets, smart phones, online tools, and applications is a plus
  • Open availability, including Saturdays, is required
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • Relevant soft skills include interpersonal skills, communication, problem solving, organization, and collaboration
