The role offers the opportunity to manage cases from intake through resolution in both pre-litigation and litigation stages.

Location:

Duties:

• Handle personal injury matters from intake through settlement or trial
• Draft legal documents including pleadings, motions, discovery requests/responses, and settlement agreements
• Conduct legal research and provide analysis on case law and statutes
• Attend court appearances, hearings, and depositions as required
• Maintain regular communication with clients, insurance adjusters, and opposing counsel
• Manage case files and deadlines in a fast-paced legal environment

Requirements:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited U.S. law school
• Active membership in good standing with the California State Bar
• Experience in civil litigation preferred; personal injury experience is a plus
• Ability to manage multiple files independently and efficiently

Education:

Juris Doctor (JD) degree required

Certifications:

California State Bar admission required
