Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (J.D.) from an accredited law school.
• Active member of the California State Bar.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in employment litigation specializing in the defense of wage and hour class actions and PAGA lawsuits..
• Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

• Base salary of $165,000 plus performance-based bonuses.
