This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious and talented lawyer who is passionate about trial law and eager to make a significant impact in our organization. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2+ years of experience in trial law, demonstrating a solid understanding of litigation strategies, court proceedings, and legal guidelines.ResponsibilitiesAs a Permanent Associate Attorney, your duties will include but are not limited to

• Representing our clients in court and presenting evidence to defend clients or argue against the opposition.
• Conducting research on legal issues and drafting legal documents, including briefs, appeals, wills, contracts, and real estate documents.
• Advising clients on their legal rights and obligations.
• Negotiating settlements in civil disputes to avoid trial when necessary.
• Collaborating with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and prepare for trials.
• Participating in depositions, arbitrations, mediations, and hearings.
• Ensuring all legal actions in the trial are ethical and within the law.
• Keeping updated with the latest legal trends and regulations to enhance the quality of our legal services.

Qualifications

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
• A current license to practice law.
• 2+ years of experience as a trial lawyer, demonstrating a proven track record in court trials.
• Excellent negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to present complex legal arguments clearly and persuasively.
• Strong research and analytical skills, with the ability to handle large amounts of data, identify critical issues, and provide useful legal insights.
• High ethical standards and professionalism, respecting confidentiality and demonstrating integrity in all actions.
• Ability to work under pressure, manage multiple cases simultaneously, and meet tight deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research software and Microsoft Office Suite.
