Associate Attorney - Construction

Location: Denver, CO

Type: Direct Hire

A reputable law firm is seeking an Associate Attorney with 2+ years of experience in construction and commercial projects. This role involves supporting clients across a range of industries by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating various types of contracts and agreements.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and negotiate construction-related agreements, including EPC contracts, cost-plus and fixed-price contracts, and professional services agreements.
  • Advise clients on contract structure and risk management for development and infrastructure projects.
  • Assist with legal matters related to project execution and dispute resolution.

Project Types May Include:

  • Renewable and conventional energy facilities
  • Industrial processing sites
  • Commercial and residential developments
  • Large venues
  • Logistics and manufacturing facilities

Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
  • Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in construction and commercial transactions
  • Licensed to practice law in Colorado or eligible for admission
  • Strong drafting skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent academic credentials and communication abilities

Compensation:

  • $200,000-$265,000
