The Associate Art Director is someone with strong conceptual thinking, design expertise, and the ability to collaborative with many teams. In this role, you will bring ideas to life helping shape the creative direction of client work. This individual will be a key contributor to ensuring design excellence while working closely with cross-functional teams.
NOTE: Only candidates within a 120 mile radius from Morristown, NJ will be considered for this position.
EXPERIENCE:
- 2-5 years creative experience; healthcare agency experience highly preferred
- Experience in Managed Care/Managed Markets highly desired
- College degree and/or equivalent work experience required
- Demonstrates strong oral and written communication skills
LEADERSHIP/MENTORING:
- May join/support pitch presentations
CLIENT/STAKEHOLDER ENGAGEMENT:
- Supports account with tactical creative ideas and development for clients
- Develops and maintains independent relationships with all dept and co-workers
- Recognize opportunities for organic growth and work w/Creative lead
CREATIVE DESIGN FUNCTIONS:

- Digital Prototyping & Competency highly preferred
