Ansell is looking for an Associate Director, Total Rewards Americas & Global Programs to join our team in Iselin, NJ!

The base salary range for this position is $150,000 to $180,000 U.S. Dollars per year.

* Specific salary for this role may vary within this range based on many factors including geographic location, candidate experience, and skills. Candidate may also be eligible for additional compensation and/or benefits.

In this position you will play a vital role in providing comprehensive leadership for the Total Rewards function across the Americas region, while also assuming global ownership for the strategic design and governance of our Sales Compensation, Benefits & Wellness, Employee Recognition, and Total Rewards Communications programs. The successful candidate will be instrumental in driving regional excellence and building globally consistent frameworks, in addition to playing a key role in supporting our global Executive Compensation initiatives.

What your role will be?

Americas Regional Leadership

  • Serve as the single point of accountability for all Total Rewards matters within the Americas region.

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive regional compensation and benefits strategy that is competitive, compliant, and aligned with local business needs.

  • Lead the Americas Total Rewards team, providing mentorship and direction to ensure operational excellence in the delivery of all programs, including annual compensation cycles, benefits administration, and market pricing.

  • Act as a strategic partner to the Americas HR and business leadership, providing expert consultation on all regional rewards-related issues.

Global Program Ownership

  • Global Sales Compensation: Lead the global strategy, design, governance, and administration of all sales incentive plans worldwide. Partner with regional leaders to ensure plans are motivating, drive desired behaviors, and align with global financial objectives.

  • Global Benefits & Wellness: Develop and champion a global framework and strategy for employee benefits and wellness. Establish global principles and standards while allowing for local flexibility, and drive initiatives that enhance the physical, mental, and financial well-being of our global workforce.

  • Global Recognition: Design, implement, and champion a globally consistent employee recognition framework. Ensure the program reinforces Ansell's values and fosters a culture of appreciation and high performance across all regions.

  • Global Total Rewards Communications: Develop and execute a comprehensive global communication strategy for Total Rewards. Create clear, consistent, and compelling messaging to ensure employees worldwide understand and value the full scope of their rewards.

  • Executive Compensation: Play a key role in the design, analysis, and administration of global executive compensation programs. Support the preparation of materials for senior leadership and the Compensation Committee, working in close partnership with the Global Head of Total Rewards.

What will you bring to Ansell?

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Minimum of 10-13 years of progressive Total Rewards experience, with a proven track record of success in both regional and global capacities.

  • Demonstrated experience in designing and managing global programs, particularly in Sales Compensation, Benefits, or Recognition.

  • Deep expertise in supporting Executive Compensation at a corporate level.

  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing teams and influencing stakeholders in a global, matrixed organization.

  • Professional certifications such as Certified Compensation Professional (CCP), Certified Benefits Professional (CBP), or Certified Sales Compensation Professional (CSCP).
