Assisted Living Resident Driver - Trinity Health Corporation : Job Details

Courteously and safely transport resident to scheduled destinations, according to assigned schedule. Fill cars with gas as needed. Report vehicle maintenance problems to the Director of Operations. Remain on call telephone contact while on duty. Assist residents out of vehicles as appropriate. Plan transportation schedule for the next day. Maintain cars both for general maintenance (oil change) and cleaning. Assist resident to doctor's office as appropriate. Wheelchair transport as required. Ability to maintain and safeguard entrusted confidential information. Perform other related duties as assigned by the Director of Operations. Job Requirements:Proficiency in spoken and written English to ensure effective communication with residents and colleagues. At least six (6) months in providing livery service. Equipment - Car, bus, wheelchairs, walkers, and cellular phones.
