Your primary responsibilities will include developing and training caregiver staff, communicating regularly with residents and their families regarding care and wellbeing, and participating in leadership efforts around building-wide policies and procedures. Your work will focus on providing a well-rounded and enriching experience for our residents while supporting and leading your team.YOUR SCHEDULEThis is a full-time position.
