The Assistant Softball Coach aids in the growth and development of the softball program and its student-athletes by assisting with the planning and direction of team activities. The primary duty of the Assistant Softball Coach is instructing student-athletes in the skills and strategies unique to competition in the sport. Required Qualifications - Bachelors degree Preferred Qualifications - Successful background as a softball player and/or coach at the NCAA Division I, II, or III level; - Thorough knowledge of the sport; - Strong communication and organizational skills; - Knowledge of NCAA and South Atlantic Conference rules and regulations; - CPR certified.
