DELVE DEEPER INTO THIS JOB This is a full-time position with multiple shifts:

• Monday-Friday (7 am-4 pm, 8 am-5 pm, or 9 am-5 pm)
• Evenings, weekends, and on-call

In this role, you'll assist Lead and Senior Technicians with water damage restoration, removing water, setting up equipment, and helping return properties to normal. You'll also help maintain vehicles, manage supplies, and respond to emergency calls. Every day brings something new, and your work will make a real difference. THE TYPE OF CANDIDATE WE'RE LOOKING FOR We're looking for someone that meets these requirements:

• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Ability to frequently lift and carry up to 80 lbs
• Ability to stand or sit for prolonged periods
• Ability to work in diverse conditions (outdoors, non-air-conditioned spaces, confined areas, etc.)
• Ability to work in a full-face respirator, particulate mask (N95), and safety glasses or face shield
• Ability to work in and around sewage and microbial growth
• Punctual, motivated, reliable, and demonstrates strong leadership skills
• Willingness to learn and has a positive attitude

Preferred Qualifications:

• Previous experience in restoration, construction, or a related field
• Basic knowledge of hand and power tools
• OSHA 10 certification
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• IICRC WRT certification (in progress or willing to earn)
• Mechanical aptitude or troubleshooting skills
• Bilingual
• Basic technology skills
• Willingness to work on-call shifts or overtime
