Position Mission:

This position will be responsible to manage develop Strategic & Execute Sales Plan to penetrate assigned Outsourcing sector in the United States & Canada for IMS Decimal.

Responsibilities:

Develop Strategic & Execute Sales Plan to penetrate assigned Outsourcing sector in the United States & Canada: [70% of the role]

  • Plan and develop the IMS Group sales strategy to grow revenue and penetrate market share within the offshore services in North America
  • Increase sales pipeline by initiating and developing relationships with key operations stakeholders within corporate enterprise, consulting firms, staffing firms and accounting firms
  • Fine-tune the existing sales approach through building best practices that help impact prospecting, sales messaging, pipeline management, scoping of operations delivery needs, and expansion into new operations markets
  • Attending meetings, conducting strategy workshops, designing operations solutions, and helping the offshore teams with the successful implementation of such programs within the and finance sector
  • Work along with existing sales and marketing team, designing cohesive go-to market strategy for the assigned IMS Group sector
  • Research, design, and present solutions to key prospects
  • Attend conferences, seminars, exhibitions to network, showcase and present IMS Group services portfolio

Key Account & Team Management [30% of the role]

  • Partnering with IMS Group Talent Acquisition to ensure the proper and timely recruiting, hiring, developing, and retaining of operations teams capable of delivering unparalleled offshore talent to new and current client business
  • Addressing and resolving key clients complaints and acting as the main point of contact between key clients and operations delivery teams as and where required
  • Serving as the North America based liaison between the operations delivery teams assigned to each key client as and where required
  • Scoping operations gaps and/or deficiencies within existing client base and providing recommendations for offshore services that can lead to spend allocation improvement and process efficiencies
  • Managing the performance and reviews of global Sr. BDE/ABDM/BDM staff supporting IMS Decimal USA team
  • Recruitment and hiring support of sales staff for the IMS Decimal USA division

The job role would require you to:

  • Manage a team of 3-5 Sr. BDE/BDM/BDM
  • Analyze sales data and recruiting statistics
  • Addressing and resolving key clients complaints and acting as the main point of contact between key clients and operations delivery teams as and where required
  • Communicate and collaborate with the marketing and sales team to improve business strategies
  • Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts for various key clients
  • Developing a thorough understanding of key clients' needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
  • Travel to offshore delivery center(s) at least once a year, with/without key clients

Essential Functions:

  • 2 Prospect Deals in HubSpot/week
  • Minimum 5 Sales Discovery Calls/week
  • 12-15 Headcount Sales/quarter

Qualifications & Required Skills

  • knowledge of the outsourced services and sales (ideally 5-7 years of experience) and hands on sales of operations solutions and/or offshore sales, as well as implementing and managing offshore (delivery) teams and strategy
  • ability to multitask
