We are inviting applications for the role of Assistant Vice President, Relationship Management!
This role ensures Genpact experiences growth in priority and growth mining accounts. You will manage relationships with existing and target new executives in existing client accounts. The position is mapped to 4 accounts within a specific vertical.
Responsibilities
Understanding customer needs and translating them into winning proposals for Genpact and its clients.Winning new growth deals in customer accounts, meeting and surpassing pre-agreed targets and Operating Plan (OP) numbers.Understanding the marketplace and competitor offerings; driving strategic sales initiatives for Genpact.Leveraging and creating networks that result in potential opportunities/leads within the customer's organization globally—understanding competitive offerings.Connecting at CxO level within the customer organization; building and maintaining relationships that enable higher customer satisfaction (measured via NPS) and business impact.Providing insights into customer financials and driving business strategies within operating teams to add value.Building, managing, and governing communication channels to ensure transparency and partnership.Constructing and delivering compelling stories around value propositions both orally and in presentations.Cross-selling all Genpact products to increase growth penetration.Acting as a key intermediary between the global delivery team and the customer.Promoting Genpact and increasing brand awareness within the customer organization and industry vertical.Participating in industry seminars, quarterly meetings, earnings calls, and analyst forums to deepen industry connections.Providing timely and high-quality responses to RFX opportunities.Partnering with RFI/RFP teams and Finance to develop customer proposals that meet needs while maintaining profitability.Providing market intelligence for proposal costing.Collaborating with offshore delivery teams to create effective deal solutions.Qualifications we seek in you!
Minimum Qualifications
- Experience managing clients and end-to-end deals, with success in driving growth deals of $5M TCV or larger.
- Extensive experience in services business, including strategic account management.
- Experience with Fortune 500 companies.
- MBA or advanced degree in a related field.
- Strategic consulting experience at a large firm.
- Program management experience.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in manufacturing or industrial sectors.
- Cultural adaptability for global work environments.
- Strong communication and executive presentation skills in English.
- Ability to interact with all organizational levels, including senior leadership.
- Sound financial and commercial business understanding.

The approximate annual base salary range for this role is $200,000 to $220,000, with actual offers determined by experience, skills, location, and internal factors.
