Assistant Treasurer QUALIFICATIONS: Have a Treasurer's license or have the qualifications necessary to obtain one. Bachelor's degree. Experience with Accounting Software, TCESC utilizes State Software - Redesign. Successful BCII & FBI background checks. JOB DUTIES: Prepare month-end reconcilements along with monthly board and grant reports. Oversee Payroll reporting, including W-2 s, STRS Advance, and SERS Surcharge. Maintain expiring contract information. Responsible for Staff EMIS and Preschool EMIS submission to ODE. Prepare Shared Service Invoices along with any additional invoices necessary.
