About the Role

We are looking for a dynamic Assistant to the Chief Executive Officer who will provide essential strategic and operational support to the Deputy Chief Executive Officer. You will play a crucial role in ensuring the successful execution of high-level administrative and project management tasks across the Executive Office. This position requires you to be a vital connector between the Deputy CEO and both internal and external stakeholders, facilitating timely decision-making, clear communication, and effective follow-through.

Your responsibilities will include overseeing executive scheduling, coordinating cross-departmental initiatives, and aligning senior team operations. Demonstrating professionalism and discretion, you will manage daily operations within the Deputy CEO's Office. To succeed in this role, you should have a Bachelor's or advanced degree, at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, and exceptional written and verbal communication skills. Strong organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal abilities are essential, along with a demonstrated capacity to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced, mission-driven environment.

A collaborative management style and supervisory experience are key components of this role. As you handle sensitive and confidential information, maintaining integrity and fostering teamwork across departments will be critical. You will support the Deputy CEO in various capacities, including preparing materials for meetings and strategic planning.
