Assistant to the Director Position Responsibilities: Provides administrative support to the assigned Director as well as other department leadership and staff. Duties may include but not limited to: Scheduling/ Coordinating meeting arrangements. Confidential material preparation. Accounts payable. Payroll and clerical support. Creates invoice, bills and collects registration fees from all community participants Provide monthly student reports to Quality Improvement, Grants Administrator and Finance.
