Details about eligibility for bonus compensation (if applicable) will be finalized at the time of offer._---We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Social Worker Assistant Team Leader to join our Pretrial Services Division. In this leadership role, you will support the coordination and supervision of a team of Social Worker Assistants responsible for assessing, monitoring, and supporting individuals released pretrial. You will help ensure that clients receive appropriate services while maintaining public safety and upholding constitutional rights.*Key Responsibilities** Supervise and provide guidance to a team of social workers.* Oversee the implementation of case management plans for pretrial clients, including needs assessments, referrals, and compliance monitoring.* Assist in developing and maintaining partnerships with community service providers (e.g., mental health, substance use treatment, housing, employment).* Collaborate with court stakeholders, including judges, attorneys, and law enforcement, to advocate for appropriate pretrial release conditions.* Review case reports and documentation for quality, accuracy, and timeliness.* Participate in team meetings, training sessions, and case consultations.* Track performance metrics and contribute to program development and evaluation*Qualifications:** Bachelor's degree required; Master of Social Work preferred* LMSW or LCSW license preferred* 2+ years of experience in social services, case management, or a related setting.* 2+ year of supervisory or team leadership experience preferred.* Knowledge of pretrial systems, court procedures, and criminal justice reform principles.* Excellent interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.* Ability to manage sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.*Preferred Qualifications:** Masters degree in Social Work (MSW) or a related field.* Experience working with justice-involved populations.___Atlas Search is a tri-state area recruitment agency, connecting new graduates, Advanced Practice Providers, Physicians and Nurse Leaders to hospitals, clinics, multi-specialty groups, nursing homes, managed care companies, private practices, and healthcare start-ups.__If you would like to learn more about the opportunities we offer, please submit your CV for consideration here.__#IndeedHC_Job Type: Full-timePay: $70,000.00 - $79,000.00 per yearWork Location: In personby Jobble
