Job Description- Assist in coordinating and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
- Help create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Monitor work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
- Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and trades on site.
- Assist in managing materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively.
- Identify and address issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and cost overruns.
- Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

The Successful Applicant- At least 4 years working in Commercial or Industrial Construction
- Experience on commercial construction projects in a project engineer or assistant superintendent capacity
- Must be able to commute to project site on a daily basis
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or independently without supervision
- Detail-oriented and organized
- Willingness to travel across the Southeast long-term
