• Assist in coordinating and supervising construction projects from start to finish.
• Help create and maintain project schedules, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Monitor work to ensure it meets quality standards and project specifications.
• Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with safety regulations on the construction site.
• Supervise and coordinate the activities of subcontractors and trades on site.
• Assist in managing materials, equipment, and labor resources effectively.
• Identify and address issues that arise during construction to minimize delays and cost overruns.
• Facilitate clear and effective communication among project stakeholders, including owners, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders.

• At least 4 years working in Commercial or Industrial Construction
• Experience on commercial construction projects in a project engineer or assistant superintendent capacity
• Must be able to commute to project site on a daily basis
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Self-motivated with the ability to work as part of a team or independently without supervision
• Detail-oriented and organized
• Willingness to travel across the Southeast long-term
