What you'll do:

• Engage and inspire the team to reach targets and KPIs.
• Support the Store Manager in delivering exceptional customer service standards.
• Ensure the boutique operates efficiently following directives and procedures set by Retail Excellence and the Company.
• Model the glamorous, luxury lifestyle image of Jimmy Choo through customer relationships, attitude, grooming, dress code, and behavior, and ensure the team reflects this.
• Assist in training the team.
• Monitor staff performance and development.
• Support stock takes.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and boutique tidiness.
• Manage day-to-day operations in the absence of the Store Manager.
