Assistant Store Manager - YESWAY : Job Details

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: (other duties may be assigned)

• Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including employee training and development, and store operations;
• Schedule employees for shifts;
• Resolve store issues, including customer concerns;
• Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements;
• Assist with audits and proper merchandise placement and stocking;
• Provide excellent hospitality to store guests by overseeing timely transactions; and
• Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste management.

REQUIREMENTS: (Equivalent combinations of education, licenses, certifications, and/or experience may be considered)

Education

• High School Diploma or GED required;
• Successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.

Experience

• One year of supervisory experience in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience store setting preferred.
