Essential Functions
- Assist the Store Manager with management responsibilities, including training and development of employees and store operations.
- Schedule employees for shifts.
- Resolve store issues, including customer concerns.
- Ensure compliance with all regulations and requirements.
- Assist with audits, proper placement, and stocking of merchandise.
- Oversee timely guest transactions to ensure hospitality for all store guests.
- Monitor profits through end-of-day procedures, shrink indicators, lottery, stock audits, vendors, car wash operations, and retail waste.
Requirements
Education: High School Diploma or GED required; successful completion of required certification testing upon employment.
Experience: One year experience supervising others in a fast food, restaurant, retail, or convenience operation preferred.
