Assistant Store ManagerThis person thrives in a fast-paced environment. Job PurposeReporting to the Store Manager & leadership team, the purpose of this role is to enhance brand experience, drive sales & motivate the team to hit goals.es floor, support the team and assist with back of house operations.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome & assist guests on the sales floor and fitting rooms
  • Styles outfits & makes recommendations based on guest preferences
  • Maintain a clean and organized sales floor and back of house
  • Receives & processes incoming merchandise
  • Complete daily tasks to support standard operating procedures
  • Help process online orders & runs transactions at the register
  • Develop & share product knowledge & brand awareness

Qualifications

  • Must have retail leadership experience
  • Must be able to travel for training opportunities & new store set up as needed
  • Must have physical ability to perform tasks including lifting 30lbs, standing for extended periods of time, reaching, kneeling, climbing ladders & squatting as needed
