The Assistant Store Manager will support the Store Manager in sales, customer service, store appearance, and operations. This position manages the store during the Store Manager's absence and leads the team in customer service.

Essential Job Functions:

  • Lead the team in providing excellent customer service.
  • Supervise customer service levels and execute customer service programs.
  • Assist in staffing during peak hours.
  • Help set goals, coach, and mentor team members.
  • Participate in hiring and training processes.
  • Ensure proper handling of customer transactions and returns.
  • Maintain store cleanliness, security, and safety procedures.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, including bank deposits and security checks.
  • Assist in maintaining store facilities and equipment.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

    • Skills and Qualifications:

    • Sales Specialist Training, Assistant Manager Certification, RSS Certification (Required)
    • Certified Parts Professional, ASE Certification (Desired)
    • Fluency in multiple languages, especially Spanish (Desired)
