Responsibilities
Drive and exceed store financial goals by providing a world-class shopping experience.Assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise, inventory, and maintaining operational and administrative excellence.Provide training, coaching, and professional development for the store team.Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures.Set goals and motivate employees to maximize their potential.Participate in hiring and developing employees for future promotion.Act as a Brand Ambassador, resolving customer service issues with good judgment.Model effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.Qualifications

Compensation & Benefits
- Hourly pay: $21.15 - $24.30, based on skills and experience
- Quarterly performance bonus
