Responsibilities
  • Drive and exceed store financial goals by providing a world-class shopping experience.
  • Assist the Store Manager in managing merchandise, inventory, and maintaining operational and administrative excellence.
  • Provide training, coaching, and professional development for the store team.
  • Ensure compliance with ECCO policies and procedures.
  • Set goals and motivate employees to maximize their potential.
  • Participate in hiring and developing employees for future promotion.
  • Act as a Brand Ambassador, resolving customer service issues with good judgment.
  • Model effective selling skills and techniques on the sales floor.

    Compensation & Benefits
    • Hourly pay: $21.15 - $24.30, based on skills and experience
    • Quarterly performance bonus
