What You'll Do
- Assist the Store Manager in leading and motivating the team to achieve their full potential daily
- Provide excellent customer service and serve as the main contact for customer needs
- Monitor and improve store Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
- Lead team projects such as promotional store setups and re-merchandising
- Support operational tasks including cash management, stock handling, cleaning, and other store functions
- Maintain a safe, positive, and productive work environment in compliance with policies and legal requirements
What You'll Need
- Must be 21 years or older
- 1-2 years of management experience or a bachelor's degree
- Strong determination to complete tasks, meet store targets, and maximize productivity
- Experience in team leadership and development in a fast-paced setting
- Excellent customer service skills, including patience and de-escalation abilities
- Willingness to participate in daily store operations such as stocking, cleaning, and ringing
- Ability to lift, move, or carry over 50 pounds
- Ability to reach above head heights greater than 10 inches
- Ability to obtain and maintain ServSafe certification
