As an Assistant Store Manager, you will be the first face of the brand for growing families. You'll congratulate new parents and grandparents, introduce them to our new baby essentials, help prep them for the first day of school, and all the big and little moments on their parenting journey.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Execute workforce management to ensure a customer-focused sales floor.
  • Welcome customers and assist with product styles, features, and benefits.
  • Foster a positive, safe, and inclusive environment.
  • Model service standards and omnichannel experience; coach others to success.
  • Analyze business and improve results by communicating KPIs with the team.
  • Build customer loyalty through company programs.
  • Assist in recruiting, hiring, training, and developing the store team.
  • Recognize performance and provide redirection when needed.
  • Manage tasks and financial results using company tools.
  • Partner with the Store Manager on merchandising, promotional planning, markdowns, and product placement.
  • Reduce loss through excellent customer service and operational controls.
Desired Qualities:
  • A positive, solutions-oriented mindset.
  • Effective communication skills.
  • Leadership and customer engagement experience.
  • Proficiency in computer skills (Outlook, Excel, web navigation).
  • Minimum 1 year of retail or related management experience.
  • High school diploma or GED.
Physical Requirements and Availability:
  • Lift up to 40 pounds, and perform physical activities like bending, reaching, and pushing.
  • Stand or walk for extended periods, climb ladders.
  • Availability for days, nights, weekends, holidays, including at least two closing shifts per week.
