Assistant Starbucks Leader - Weis Markets : Job Details

The Assistant Starbucks Leader is responsible for the functions below, in addition to other duties as assigned:Running Shifts with Customers at Our Core: Understands todays plan and ensures the team is working together to make every moment right for our customers. Uses their resources to determine positions, routines, and the plan for breaks. Puts oneself in the best position to read customer cues throughout the shift. Solving Problems in the Moment: Anticipates problems and uses their resources to respond calmly and confidently. Remains composed and utilizes resources to take appropriate action. Understands when and how to flex the play to optimize the customer experience. Identifies teachable moments and provides feedback and coaching as appropriate. Documents and shares pertinent information to uphold standards and ensure smooth transitions from shift to shift.
