What You'll Be DoingThis is supervisory and administrative work that involves supervising flexible part-time staff, planning and developing recreation and sports programs and camp programs, facilitating camps, and assisting with the supervision of the fitness room operations at Ida Lee Recreation Center. Work also involves responsibility for fiscal management; special event coordination; administrative and personnel functions; safety inspections; and program promotion. Must be at least 18 years of age. Minimum of one (1) year of progressively responsible experience in the recreation field, or equivalent combination of education and experience. CPR and standard first aid certification, or ability to obtain within 90 days of employment. Possession of a valid driver's license and a safe driving record. Preferred Qualifications Bachelor's degree in recreation management, recreation and leisure, physical education, exercise science or a related field. Bilingual in English/Spanish. ADA/EOE
