The Assistant Security Director serves as the second-in-command for all on-site security operations. This role supports the Security Director in supervising officers, enforcing site policies, and ensuring a safe and secure environment for tenants, guests, and employees. Responsibilities:Assist in leading and supervising the on-site security team. Ensure all posts are staffed and post orders are being followed. Monitor officer performance and provide coaching or corrective action as needed. Act as the on-site lead in the absence of the Security Director. Respond to incidents, emergencies, and escalations in a calm and professional manner. Review and complete incident reports; ensure accurate documentation. Conduct regular inspections and patrols of the mall, including interior and exterior areas. Maintain strong partnerships with mall management, tenants, emergency responders, and law enforcement.
