Andy Frain Services is looking for a highly motivated individual to assist in managing a Security contract. The successful candidate will manage the accountability of all Supervisors and staff for given accounts, have full responsibility for performance, service, and budget of assigned contracts, and manage a safe environment for all employees, vendors, and personnel.

Job Summary: The candidate will support all areas in their security needs, establish working relationships with local police and fire departments, and demonstrate and abide by Andy Frain Services Core Values and operating principles.

  • Responsibilities include providing lead direction at assigned client site(s), enforcing security/safety programs, and ensuring post orders are followed.
  • Developing and implementing security procedures, maintaining a working knowledge of emergency policies and procedures, and responding to emergency alarms or calls for help.
  • Managing equipment operation, including portable radios, telephones, and computers, and maintaining fiscal responsibility for the profitability of the account.
  • Assisting in the training of Security Officers and Shift Lead Officers, reviewing post orders, and communicating with Operations manager daily and weekly regarding account performance and Security Officer performance.

Education and Experience: High School Diploma and/or equivalent, with a minimum of 2 years prior experience in loss prevention, life safety, CCTV systems, and access computer systems. One year of management experience in the Security Industry is required.

  • Skills and abilities include knowledge of facility layout and operational requirements, implementing safety and security procedures, designing staffing and security plans, and recruiting and hiring personnel.
  • Must have excellent organizational skills, strong customer service and results orientation, and the ability to interact effectively with clients, staff, and the public.

Working Conditions: The candidate must be able to maintain composure in dealing with authorities, executives, clients, staff, and the public, and may be exposed to stressful situations, such as challenging individuals who are in or approaching an unauthorized area.
