WHAT YOU LL DO:
Achieve individual sales targets and inspire others to achieve their goals
Develop and expand customer base by capitalizing on high-profile clientele and sales
Implement and manage the boutique s community outreach program to maintain active social relationships with clients
Manage and maintain effective communications with the General Manager/Store Manager
Motivate the team and build positive morale to drive results through accountability and celebrating successes
Deliver operational excellence in all store processes
Assist General Manager/Store Manager in training and development of staff
YOU LL NEED TO HAVE:
3+ years of manager experience at a high-end retailer
