Assistant Restaurant Supervisor- $17.00 per hour - Cedar Fair Entertainment Company : Job Details

Assist with the day to day operation of the Restaurant Division which includes Beaver Brothers Caf (Sit-down restaurant and patio bar) and the Team Six Caf (Employee Cafeteria), Pizza in the Square and Woodys Caf. Follow Restaurant budgets pertaining to labor, food cost and operating expenses to achieve company goals. Execute within the highest standards of quality, guest service and sanitization. KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Assist with overseeing the day to day operation of all restaurant operations both front of house and back of house. Provide first class guest service to our guests. Assure that all issues (team member or guest) are resolved quickly. Log and report necessary issues to the Restaurant Supervisor.
