We're currently seeking a compassionate and motivated Assistant Program Manager to support our residential programs and help our individuals achieve their goals.Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with team members to develop and implement individualized Treatment Plans
• Promote the health, safety, and emotional well-being of individuals served
• Provide hands-on support with activities of daily living, includingbathing, toileting, dressing, and personal hygiene
• Assist with cooking, transportation, and household management
• Manage financial records and ensure the security of personal belongings
• Train, mentor, and support direct care staff
• Maintain staffing schedules and ensure adequate coverage and compliance
• Facilitate meaningful community engagement through work, recreation, and volunteer activities
• Serve as a hands-on leader and role model to staff and individuals

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent and at least 2 years of related full-time experience
• OR 2 years of college in a related field and 1 year of full-time experience
• Valid driver's license and access to a registered, insured vehicle
• Ability to complete certifications (Medication Administration, CPR, First Aid) within required timeframes
