Assistant Property Manager / Leasing Specialist

We arelooking for an experienced Assistant PM or Leasing Specialist to work in our beautiful community. This position is a wonderful opportunity to learn more and advance your career in Property Management.Work with a dynamic team helping people find their dream apartment-homes. The right candidate should be computer savvy and a great communicator. Bilingual Spanish a PLUS! Position offer salary plus commission

Responsibilities include:

• Meeting and greeting prospects
• Answering the telephone
• Making appointments and touring prospects
• Prospect follow up
• Leasing and closing rentals
• Administrative duties including lease preparation
• Computer and lead management duties
• Resident relations
• Rent collection
• Event planning and execution
• Coordinating service requests and working closely with maintenance
