- Handle all leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution
- Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents
- Collect and accurately enter rental payments
Operations & Administration
- Maintain detailed records of daily traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions
- Assist in processing service and maintenance requests
- Conduct regular inspections of models, common areas, and amenities
- Help inspect vacant apartments and prepare them for occupancy
Leadership & Team Support
- Step in for the Property Manager when needed
- Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high standards of property appearance and performance
- Support community initiatives and resident events

- 1-2 years of experience in residential property management or leasing
- Experience with property management software (OneSite or Yardi preferred)
- Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
- Ability to walk the property and climb stairs if necessary
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
- Must pass background check, credit check, and drug screening
