  • Handle all leasing activities including tours, applications, and lease execution
  • Build strong relationships with prospective and current residents
  • Collect and accurately enter rental payments
Operations & Administration
  • Maintain detailed records of daily traffic, leasing activity, and resident interactions
  • Assist in processing service and maintenance requests
  • Conduct regular inspections of models, common areas, and amenities
  • Help inspect vacant apartments and prepare them for occupancy
Leadership & Team Support
  • Step in for the Property Manager when needed
  • Collaborate with the onsite team to maintain high standards of property appearance and performance
  • Support community initiatives and resident events

  • 1-2 years of experience in residential property management or leasing
  • Experience with property management software (OneSite or Yardi preferred)
  • Availability to work weekends on a rotating basis
  • Ability to walk the property and climb stairs if necessary
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and current insurance
  • Must pass background check, credit check, and drug screening
