About The RoleWe are seeking a qualified individual to serve as Assistant Property Manager for Clarendon Hill Apartments, a 168-unit new construction project in Somerville, MA. This project is part of a redevelopment initiative including affordable housing units and high-rise modular construction.

ResponsibilitiesReporting to a Property Manager, the successful candidate will:

  • Have experience with government-assisted and subsidized housing programs.
  • Be bilingual in Spanish.
  • Be certified as a Tax Credit Specialist and/or Certified Occupancy Specialist.
  • Assist in daily operations, maintenance, marketing, leasing, occupancy, and tenant certifications.
  • Possess strong communication skills and computer proficiency, including MS Office and familiarity with Yardi software.
  • Work collaboratively to foster a harmonious community environment.
  • Be flexible, positive, team-oriented, and eager to learn.

Additional TasksSupport the Property Manager in ensuring compliance with HUD and state regulations, maintaining safety standards, preparing contracts, managing rent collection, processing move-ins/move-outs, and supporting staff collaboration.
