Responsibilities include:

• Assisting with the management of the apartment community
• Showing and touring apartments
• Preparing leases
• Providing excellent customer service to prospects and residents

Requirements:

• At least 3 years of leasing experience
• One year of Assistant Property Manager experience in an apartment community
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Strong sales and organizational skills
• Spanish language skills are a plus
