About the Opportunity:• Job Title: Assistant Property Manager• Pay Rate Range: $22-$24/Hour• Location: Eagan, MN• Schedule: 1st Shift, Monday-Thursday 9AM-6PM & Friday 9AM-5PM• Position Type: Direct HireRequirements and Qualifications:1. High school or equivalent (Preferred)2. Good communication skills, courteous manner, positive, professional attitude3. Knowledge of financial matters4. Strong administrative skills with attention to detail5. Computer experience with aptitude on MS Windows, Outlook, and Word6. Career-oriented team player7. Experience is a plus8. Not necessary to live on site

Duties and Responsibilities:1. Maintain rapport with residents and prospective residents2. Show and lease rental units3. Review and approve rental applications4. Prepare weekly and monthly reports5. Collect rents and make bank deposits6. Help to schedule and coordinate turnovers7.
