100% Onsite7-3:30 M-F
  • Ensure compliance with all government regulations and contractual obligations between company and its customers.
  • Actively participate in Government and Customer Audits by compiling supporting documentation, verifying sample items, and responding to auditor inquiries.
  • Track all aspects of government-owned repair/refurb units, maintain documentation for audit traceability, and report directly to the DCMA Government Property Administrator.
  • Plan, organize, perform, and report results of the annual physical inventory of Government-owned Property, and reconcile inventory results prior to submission to the Government and Customers.
  • Audit Certified Tool/Test Equipment lists for consistency and accuracy, upload data into the Government IUID Registry, and submit to Government and Customer Agencies.
  • Utilize multiple Microsoft, Moog, and Government software applications to extract data for preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to meet contractual requirements.
  • Ensure all movement/shipment of government property is accomplished as directed, update status and locations, and report any damage to the owning agency.
  • Manage all phases of disposal of government property, including preparing government forms for reporting excess property and following government disposition directions.
  • Maintain accurate official property records for all Government property, subject to audits by Government and Customer personnel.
  • Provide direction to and collaborate with temporary staff assisting in tasks.
  • Responsible for reporting data into the Government IUID Registry.
  • Handle special projects as assigned.
Key Challenges
  • Navigate government websites such as PCARSS and IRAPT/IUID registry.
  • Apply QMF knowledge and experience.
  • Work overtime to meet contract reporting deadlines.
  • Ability to lift up to 70 lbs.
  • Some travel required.
QualificationsThis position requires a Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, plus 2-4 years of experience in Government Property Administration or a closely related field. A two-year degree plus 6-8 years related experience would be considered as equivalent background.Skilled in the use of Microsoft Office applications.Additional RequirementsMust have a valid driver's license and current state-required minimum vehicle insurance coverage to drive onto Client and Company property.Benefits
